The Corner Butcher Shop proudly serves beef, poultry & pork that is all natural, antibiotic, steroid & growth hormone free, vegetarian fed & humanely raised & handled safely. We provide the highest quality meat available. Our meats are smoked in house and our sides and bbq sauce are house made, setting us apart from our competition.
Please inquire about special diet menus for paleo, gluten sensitive,
vegetarian, vegan or diabetic meals.

This is hands down the best butcher shop/caterer/wine store and restaurant in the Inland Empire!
I used to shop at another high end local market who's quality I thought was good. Until I found The Corner Butcher Shop. Their products are superior and less expensive than the local market I used to go to.
Their meats are reasonably priced for the top quality you receive. The service is over the top. Want something custom cut for you? No problem.
You can even get the meat you buy there cooked for you while you wait, so you can take it home for dinner. How easy is that?
My favorites are their smoked chicken salad and of course, their prime steaks. If you're going to have a BBQ, and want the best possible meat, poultry or fish for the grill, this is the place to come.
And if you want a quick lunch or dinner - you can eat there as well. They make their own sausages too.

This place is awesome. They have the best selection of meat around. They're a great BBQ resource for who like to smoke their own. For those who just want to eat, they make amazing food. From the pulled pork to the tri-tip, you really can't go wrong. They have a a strong wine selection and they carry some cool beers (Red Trolley being my favorite). Stop in to pick up a great piece of meat to throw on the grill or smoker, or just have them make it for you. Either way, you can't go wrong.
