- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not offer discounts, however we do offer opportunities to earn your pet a free walk or visit. We also have a referral program. If you refer us to someone and they book and complete a service, you get a free walk/visit. There are additional fees, and they are discussed in our polices. Feel free to check out our website to see those. Or once we schedule a consult, I will send them to you via email to review.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we receive an inquiry, we will reach out within 24 hours and schedule a consultation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Years of experience, and childhood filled with lots of different pets! We are also licensed, insured, pet CPR + First Aid certified, and members of the National Association of Professional Pet Sitters.
