This company is Fantastic!!! I have two high energy dogs and a cat. Previously, I had not had much luck with the popular pet sitting/walking apps that are out there. I had inconsistent results, and scheduling was not as easy as I had hoped. I was going on a family vacation and desperately needed someone that could care for my cat while I was away. I was referred to Fire Hydrant Pet Sitting (FHPS) and the rest is history!! This company has been a life saver!!! Not only did I find and excellent and trustworthy pet sitter for my cat, but also a reliable and consistent dog walker for my high energy Dogs!! From the moment I contacted FHPS they were courteous, professional and thorough. If you are in need of a Pet sitter, Dog walker, etc., definitely give this company a try!!!As someone that travels a lot and works hours that can make it difficult to get my animals the exercise that they need, I rely on FHPS frequently. Thanks to them, I can do what I need to do, and I know that my Furbabies are covered. I cannot say enough great things about this company because they really do give you the piece of mind that your pets are getting great exercise and loving attention while you are away. I no longer have to worry about my animals when I am gone. because I know that they are in great hands!!

We needed a last-minute pet sitter for our chickens in December and Kylie came through for us. She is absolutely incredible and professional, friendly, and took great care of our twelve feathered friends. She even sent photos of them, so that I could enjoy my trip stress-free. Fire Hydrant Pet Sitting is reasonably priced, reliable, and so easy to work with. We're going on another trip this summer and have already booked Kylie. Highly recommend!

Kylie is fantastic. She has been coming in twice a day to take care of our puppy. All three of our dogs love her. She is dependable and comes on time. She leaves report cards about how the dogs have been. She has even brushed them and sends us photos. We will continue having her come. Highly recommended.

Kylie is absolutely fantastic with animals and you can see immediately that animals are drawn to her. She is professional and expertly cared for our 3 animals for a week while we were on vacation. When we returned home we were met by happy and healthy animals! We will use this company again and my husband and I highly recommend them.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not offer discounts, however we do offer opportunities to earn your pet a free walk or visit. We also have a referral program. If you refer us to someone and they book and complete a service, you get a free walk/visit. There are additional fees, and they are discussed in our polices. Feel free to check out our website to see those. Or once we schedule a consult, I will send them to you via email to review.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we receive an inquiry, we will reach out within 24 hours and schedule a consultation.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Years of experience, and childhood filled with lots of different pets! We are also licensed, insured, pet CPR + First Aid certified, and members of the National Association of Professional Pet Sitters.
