With over 17-years of experience, I work with youth athletes in all sports, volunteer coach for youth with Autism and Down syndrome, individuals with RA, RSD, MS, DISH, Parkinson's and other autoimmune disorders. Many of my clients come to me with injuries, post-surgery issues, knee, low back, and shoulder pain for relief. (*** I lost 117 pounds***) In addition, I provide health/nutrition coaching, recommend and sell high quality supplements, offer monthly pre-packaged and customized meal programs (food delivered to your door), and a partnership w/Registered Dietitian. Our first consult is complimentary to get an idea of how lifestyle, food, hormones, stress, and poor sleep can wreak havoc on our body’s ability to function at an optimal level. I require a 90-day commitment to help you change your habits and ultimately change your life! I have a Master of Science in Exercise & Rehabilitation Science, Precision Nutrition & NASM Nutrition Certified. Student athletes went on to play D1 sports at Duke, Delaware, Temple, Montana, Penn State, Georgia Southern, and Rutgers. Worked with active military personnel to prepare and improve PRT scores (Oahu, HI) Selected fitness professional to work with the Wounded Warrior Project. Personal Training

When I look back just 3 months ago, I was a completely different person. I still had a drive to better myself, but I didn't know how. I found Clyde here on Thumbtack and immediately he showed he was professional and friendly. Over these last three months my body, my drive and my lifestyle have all changed drastically for the best. I always said to myself that I would never use a personal trainer and would reach my goals by myself, but I can honestly say it was one of the best decision I’ve made to train with Clyde. His easygoing and friendly personality creates a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere. I am amazed at the result because it is just not the weight. I actually have built muscle as well. My legs, Arms, and my stomach are so much firmer and stronger. I am 100% happy with my results even though I am not done yet. I have not reached my goal. Clyde knows what he is doing. Believe me, he is an expert at getting your body where you want it to be. His prices are great compared to the result that you get. I would never go anywhere else. I recommend him 100%. The best investment I made in 2016! I highly recommend Clyde as a personal trainer. I’ve been training three days a week with him, and I feel great after my workouts. The best part of working with clyde is I don’t have to think, I just have to do. He knows when I should stop, better than I do. He pushes his clients to their full potential, also is extreamly knowledgable about fitness and nutrition all while keeping the workout fun. More importantly he is always patient, professional and an all around great person. He wrotes on his profile " Give me 12-weeks to help you change your mindset, body and lifestyle." But, based on my experience of training with him, give him only two weeks, and then you will feel the noticeable changes. Clyde, Thank you for all you do to help me reach my goals.

If motivation, flexibility, and a personal approach are what you're looking for in a Personal Trainer, then Clyde is the man for you! He keeps regular contact between sessions with texts to keep me motivated and on track! Clyde is constantly reminding you to combine your diet with your workout. It has a motivating effect which is exactly what you want in a trainer. I highly recommend him as a trainer. Do yourself a favor and get in touch.
