- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are officially certified by the IICRC (Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification) in Upholstery & Fabric Cleaning. This professional training covers advanced textile identification, precise fiber chemistry, pH balance, and specialized stain/odor removal techniques for all types of delicate fabrics (including synthetic, natural, and velvet weaves).
