Diana helped with our final details for our wedding in Aliso Viejo. She was absolutely a pleasure to work with and would recommend her to everyone for any event planning. All of our vendors reported to us that she was the best and most detailed wedding planner they have worked with. She really took the reins which helped us enjoy our wedding day.
Her setup of our reception was flawless as well. She really understood our vision and brought it to life.

Diana was amazing! I gave her a few ideas and she took it from there creating a once in a lifetime surprise party for my wife. Invitations, decorations, menu, catering, bartender, entertainment and cleanup - her team did it all. Guests weee speechless! If you use Bella Magic you will not be disappointed.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Diana! From start to finish, she was absolutely amazing. Her communication was excellent — she truly cared about every detail and was always available for any questions, needs, or last-minute changes leading up to and on the day of the wedding. If anything came up during the reception, she handled it immediately and made sure everything went perfectly.
Diana truly does it all. She took over and communicated directly with all of our vendors, so we didn’t have to worry about a thing. All we had to do was show up and enjoy our day! Her team even packed everything up for us at the end of the night, making the entire experience completely stress-free.
To top it all off, her work was breathtaking. Our reception looked so romantic and elegant, and the flowers were absolutely stunning. Diana brought our vision to life better than we ever imagined. I highly recommend Bella Magic to any couple looking for someone who genuinely cares and delivers perfection!

My graduation celebration was magical. Everything was professionally decorated and my guests had a wonderful time.
Diana was very attentive throughout the entire process and also during the day of my event.
I was blown away and I am someone who is not easily impressed. However, I had no words for how beautiful everything looked and the extra details that Diana thought of that kept my guests talking about my celebration for weeks after the event needed!!!
I would definitely recommend Diana and her team to anyone.
She deals in luxury event planning and having put together parties myself, I would say, Bela Magic is worth every penny!!!

It was such a pleasure working with Diana for my parents’ and aunt’s big birthday bash. Diana was very accommodating, professional, dependable and patient during the whole planning process, which included three venue changes. I appreciated how she was very reliable about responding to my questions, ideas or concerns. Our services are customized based on event scope, guest count, location, planning needs, design requirements and production complexity. Full-service planning, partial planning, event design and social or corporate event services are all quoted based on scope. After an initial consultation, we provide a tailored proposal based on the specific needs of your celebration.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process begins with a discovery call where we learn about your event, priorities, vision, budget and overall scope. From there, we recommend the appropriate level of planning or design support and prepare a customized proposal. Once booked, we guide the process through vendor sourcing, design development, logistics, production and event execution, with consistent communication throughout the planning experience.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Bella Magic & Events was founded from a love of design, creativity and bringing people together through meaningful celebrations. With a background rooted in art, design, organization and client experience, I built the company to provide both the creative vision and logistical structure required to produce thoughtful, beautifully executed events. Over the years, Bella Magic has grown into a full-service planning, design and production studio serving clients throughout Southern California and beyond.
