Surja went above and beyond in making a balloon arch for my sons’s party. I found her extremely last minute and she was willing to make an arch for a birthday party in two days. Her professionalism and responsiveness started from the beginning. She called me literally within a minute of submitting my request to review all the details, including my vision, and did not make me feel bad or guilty for submitting the request with less than two days notice. She was extremely communicative and friendly throughout the entire process and showed up early on the day of the event to set up. Her work is impeccable and the arch was my favorite decoration for my son’s party. I can’t say enough about how incredible she was to work with and how impressed I was with the quality of her work.
