Mike Ginn and his crew power washed my home prior to painting and found several places with dry rot needing to be replaced. They did that work too and then finished a fantastic paint job with elastomeric undercoat to fill in the dry wood before the top coat. They did trim around all windows as well as an accent color on a two story home!

I asked Mike to Pressure Wash our two-story chimney to remove all of the algae, etc., to prepare it for stucco. Mike did an excellent job.

Mike and Ray worked hard for four days texturing, priming, and painting a large living room and hall in an old school-house with a 15 foot ceiling. They were on time, did what they said they would do and did it basically within budget. There had to be a slight increase in the final payment because of unanticipated complications, which agreed to pay and it was reasonable. There were several times when they had to solve problems "on the fly" which showed their ingenuity and flexibility - and they kept us informed as the project proceeded, which we appreciated. Thank you Mike and Ray.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Interview customer over the telephone. Obtain their name, address, telephone number and email address, and schedule my inspection. Inspect the job site, note any special needs and time constraints. Prepare bid and email to customer.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
38 years experience as a painter and handyman. 15 years as journeyman painter in Nevada.
