- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I will charge by the hour and have only a few extra surcharges due to some specialty tools or hardware. I charge 10 dollars for use of my concrete drill, and 1.5 per toggle bolt used on the job. Please note that normal wall anchors are not toggle bolts and the toggle bolts will only be used in special circumstances.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will walk through the job together, I will give them my plan of execution, confirm all necessary hardware and tools are on site, and then get to work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am self taught and have been doing quality work since late 2016.
