Fixology repaired and painted the exterior wood trim on my garage, cleaned and adjusted the gutters, and repaired areas of wood damage. David was professional, communicated well throughout the project, and were responsive when I had questions. After the initial work, they returned to test the gutters with water and made the necessary adjustments to ensure everything was draining properly. I appreciated that they stood behind their work and took the time to make sure the job was functioning as expected instead of simply moving on to the next project. Overall, I had a positive experience and appreciate their willingness to follow through and make sure everything was working correctly.

David was very prompt in his responses. There were three wooden beams of 10ft length I was planning to move into the pile of junk I had shared a picture and I simply didn’t put it there because I thought this should be easy to pickup, but he didn’t agree to pick those up. That was the only disappointing aspect of this job hence the rating of 4.

Details: No large items to haul • Mixed trash • Enough to fill one pickup truck • There are no flights of stairs

Thank you for your feedback, Vishal. After seeing your review, I went back and double-checked the original photos and our message thread. The three 10-ft wooden beams were not shown or mentioned in the agreed scope of work. They were brought up only when I arrived on site. At that time, I explained that due to their length and disposal requirements, they were not included in the original agreement, and I offered to haul them away for an additional fee. You chose not to proceed with that option and confirmed that everything else was okay. I always complete the job exactly as agreed in advance and am happy to accommodate additional items when discussed beforehand. Thank you again.
