- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Typically for first comprehensive service we charging per hour, if new clients want to follow up for regular service we give flat rate. We give discount if new clients order full service, it is cleaning, windows washing and carpet shampooing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always ask about your preferencess, what kind of service do you need. You have to provide all information about your home ( Sqft, how many bedrooms and bathrooms, etc. ) based on this we can give you estimate and how long time our crew will need for service in your home. Communication and high quality is our prior.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have big experience in professional house cleaning. Our crew have been trained, and they are focusing on details and working fast. We hire European crew.
