Zen Craft catered our Midevil Christmas feast and it was a soecktacular event! Everything from the dressing of the table to the food and service was top quality . I can't describe how much I enjoyed my experience working with Megan Brown. Her floral arrangements were gorgeous, and she was able to include more flowers than originally proposed because we came in under budget. I LOVED my bridal bouquet and the cohesive elegance of all the flowers for the full bridal party. Megan was able to incorporate my favorite two-toned calla lilies while making the entire arrangement look lush and natural. Delivery was punctual and easy, and her set up in the reception hall looked wonderful. The lantern centerpieces were the perfect match for my vision of Megan communicates well, through both email and text, and is flexible with payment schedules. I highly recommend her floral and event planning expertise!

I decided to look for a caterer for my Mom's celebration of life and my internet search lead me to Thumbtack. After inputting my needs I quickly received a response back from Tonya at Sierra Madre Catering with a detailed quote and attached menu. When I called to speak with Tonya I immediately got a good vibe from her voice. She seemed excited and eager to help plan our event and made me feel comfortable that everything would be taken care of. I am so thankful I decided to use Sierra Madre for my event. We ordered appetizers and desserts and they arrived and set everything up, brought their own trash cans and kept the tables clean as people were done eating. The staff was professional and nice and their food was DELICIOUS! Many of our guests gave feedback that the food was great and they even ran out of business cards because a lot of people were interested in having their info. At such a difficult time with the passing of a loved one, these details are important but not ones you want to worry about yourselves and Tonya and Sierra Madre staff took that burden off my shoulders and I am so thankful for that. I will recommend them to anyone in need of a caterer for any event and if I could give more than 5 stars I most definitely would!! Thank you Tonya and Sierra Madre Catering!!

Rich was AMAZING!! He brought an assistant with him, James... also great! Best idea ever was to hire a service to handle the bartending for our son's 30th birthday party as the list of guests grew to over 100!! We looked into the idea of hiring a bartender only about a week before the event. Rich spent almost an hour on the phone discussing their services and exploring our needs to confirm for us that hiring someone was the right fit. There was no doubt after the first phone call. Rich was easy to contact leading up to the party and provided a list of alcohol and amounts he recommended to suit our needs. They were well prepared and efficient. Rich made sure everyone was taken care of throughout the night of the party. Professional, respectful, and approachable!! Will definitely hire again if we have another large gathering, especially at our home. They really saved the day!!! Thank you again to Rich and James for helping us to make this event so memorable and incredibly special for everyone!!

I hired Haute Productions for a private cooking class for a bachelor party event, and we had the best time. Keith was an awesome teacher and host, he made the experience wonderful. Everyone had a blast and it was the best part of the entire weekend. Not to mention the fact that the food was awesome! I would highly recommend using Haute Productions for any event you may have.

Marie was fantastic to work with! She goes above and beyond as a day-of coordinator to make sure that every detail is in place. She has great organizational and soft skills, which is important when working with family members and vendors. It's apparent she loves her job and genuinely cares about her client. I would absolutely recommend Marie to anyone On the day of our wedding, our Hawaiian Ice vendor wasn't serving the ice cream we had requested (and paid extra for). When I realized this, I was about to go over and talk to the vendor but before I could even step in that direction, Marie intercepted me and said, "Don't you worry about a thing. I'll handle this." A couple minutes later every guest who wanted ice cream had some :) Marie even met us the evening before the wedding to pick up decorations so we wouldn't have to worry about taking them over the day of the event! She is an absolute pleasure to work with and I'm so grateful to have found her. Our wedding wouldn't have been half as spectacular without her amazing support. Marie, thank you so much!! Laurie O.

Ricki negotiated her price once we discussed I was only doing a reception and not a wedding ceremony. I didn't give her much time to plan the event, but she showed us multiple venues and we were very happy with our selection. Ricki also did her best to help us stay on budget, she found flowers for an amazing deal, she brought decorations from her house, and she with the sudden weather change she got sun umbrellas in the nick-of-time. She really worked her tail off! It was a great reception, exactly what my husband and I wanted.

When my daughter and I went searching online for someone to help with decorating her wedding reception we found Thumbtack. I typed in exactly what we were looking for and Jennifer with Peachy Keen weddings and event designs responded right away. We setup an appointment to speak with her about our ideas. Again Jennifer promptly confirmed our appointment and was right on time the morning of. She was sensitive to my daughters wants and needs, she contributed in areas we weren't quite sure of what we wanted and exceeded our expectations were we did. She was very attentive the night of the event and and was right there all night to do her best to try and keep us on schedule. Of course in all events some things don't go exactly as planned but Jennifer never complained. I was very appreciative of all her efforts to help make my daughters wedding as less stressful as possible. I would definitely recommend her and use her again in a heartbeat.

Karen came through big time in helping me put on my wife's 50th Birthday Party. The outpouring of compliments are still coming through from all of the guests in attendance. Not only being very professional, Karen's attention to the details made the difference in an extremely successful party. From the Photo Booth, Pictures, Layout, Venue... Karen kept me informed prior and during the party, keeping a very calm demeanor throughout... very professional! I would definitely use Karen again if needed and would highly recommend to anyone needing an event planner.

Courtney and her team at Simply Radiant Events are AMAZING. We booked Simply Radiant Events for our wedding day coordinator as we had planned our wedding ourselves and really just wanted someone there to help things run smoothly. We found Courtney on thumbtack as we were a couple on a budget. Her prices are so fair and she really is the best. We had our first chat via phone and the whole vibe was just perfect. We had a Nerd Chic wedding and we needed someone who could see our fun little touches and still set a classic tone for the event. Courtney and her team hit it out of the park! She accompanied us on a full walk through with our reception venue and helped us navigate a few tricky spots with the caterer and baker. She helped us figure out day of timeline, coordinated the processional into the ceremony, worked flawlessly with both our church and reception venue, and provided vendor suggestions while being just so reassuring and sweet. She is quick to answer emails and is super open with communication. There were no hiccups at all on our wedding day and we are just so glad we had Courtney and Simply Radiant Events! 10/10 would hire her again for any event planning needs we may have in the future.

We hired Nikki for a private dinner at our home for 12 guests. Amazing! She's both professional and personable. She created a menu that was simply fabulous! She worked within our budget and even made wine pairing suggestions for each course. Our guests had an amazing time and it was truly an unforgettable evening. We would 100% hire her again. We hired Kristina as a day-of coordinator for our wedding - and WOW are we so glad that we did. She is awesome, very detail oriented, and bent over backwards to ensure our wedding went off without a hitch!! She contacted us ahead of time in order to ensure she knew exactly what we wanted on our wedding day and how she could best help us out. She did everything from picking up wine, event set-up/take-down, and vendor coordination to ensure that our day went extremely smoothly and as planned. She knew our plan so well that she never even came up to us during the event to ask a question - she just worked behind the scenes to enable us to enjoy every minute of our big day. It was amazing, she's the best and makes wedding day stress-free. Would highly recommend her to anyone as a wedding coordinator/planner and would hire her again in a second! You don't need to look anywhere else!
