I needed a partner to execute and she delivered! I was skeptical at how this would work remotely, different city etc and the end result was exactly the help and legwork I needed! Definitely will be partnering again!! Girls trip with friends for over 40 years and I was more relaxed with everything planned and done in advance — spa, lunch, pubs, rooftop reservations etc etc! Great responsiveness to last minute needs and changes!! Thank you!!

Christiana helped me plan an amazing 40th birthday party for my husband. Everything from the invites to the decor and food was seamless. I got engaged and married within the span of 2 months and planed my wedding in one of the most popular summer wedding destinations, Jackson, Wyoming. Planning this wedding was an absolute whirlwind and I could not have done it without Christiana a.k.a The Party Pro. You can imagine pulling this together in time we needed every second of every day and I’m so glad I had Christiana on my team. I was going to just make flower arrangements myself but Christiana found a gorgeous local florist with the most reasonable prices just a week before my wedding! I wanted a lighted archway to have dinner under and she found the perfect vendor for the job. I needed lodging and food for 30 people and somehow, even though everything was booked out two years in advance, she found the most perfect place for us all to stay and they could cater all the food too. There were so many details and loose ends to tie up I could not manage it all while being the bride but thankfully I had Christiana there to step in the weekend of to manage everything perfectly! I had the dreamiest wedding and am so thankful to have found Christiana to help me with the finishing touches! She planned a whole wedding in Jackson Wyoming all while living in Dallas Texas! She is magical at what she does! I highly recommend her services for any party planning you have and need help with, she is an expert!

My prices start at $500 for partial services.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Step 1: The Consultation
* We discuss your event, your expectations, budget, and potential itinerary. After this conversation I hope to establish if we're a good fit to work together.
Step 2: Presentation
* Either via video conference or email, we'll discuss the options I have gathered and begin to build a solid itinerary.
Step 3: Final Delivery
* After all the details have been coordinated we'll discuss the rundown of your event and what to expect day of for full service planning (or make introductions to your coordinator for partial services). We'll also discuss any outstanding deliverables or add on services at this time.
* If all boxes have been checked, I will send all deliverables after this meeting including contracts, itineraries, receipts, etc.

I've been working in the entertainment industry since 2015 starting in Event Production. It is my passion to help people create memories and make their vision come to life.
