After doing hours of research and training on my own with my young dog, I was at my wits end with everything from potty training, to walking nicely. After speaking with Holly from Furry Tail Dog Training, we identified all of my concerns, and she gave me a clear and easy plan to help me guide my wild puppy to becoming a lovable, and manageable dog! We are so grateful for her help, because I am now taking my dog on walks with a lose lead when once I didn't think it was possible! And potty training woes are a thing of the distant past!

My trainer Holly was great you could tell how much she cares about you and your pet. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. And answered all my questions.

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I like to have a consultation with my clients before the training process starts. At the consultation we discuss different options, which training road would be best for the client and the dog, and the benefits and extras that come in my classes. To prepare for the consultation I do like to have a quick phone interview (10-15 min). The phone interview gives me a more clear understanding of the dogs behavior and the clients goals.
