- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a multitude of packages to fit every budget and are custom designed to meet your particular dog needs. We offer military and first responder discounts as well as reduced rates for anyone who has recently adopted a shelter dog.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our first session is a consultation and information gathering session whereby we will be going over the dog's history, discussing issues or goals of training, nutrition, exercise, stimulation, and socialization. Then we will jump right into training!.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Certified Professional Dog Trainer. I have been training dogs all my life and I am constantly researching new ways to enrich the lives of dogs and their owners. I am also constantly attending seminars on canines behavior, animal psychology, dog training courses, and working with other trainers to keep my skills honed to better serve my clients.
