I am an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer with a passion not only for fitness but overall wellness. Post assessment, I will craft a program to help you achieve your fitness goals providing a template to maintain over all health and wellness.
Whether your goals are to lose a few a few pounds, get in shape for a wedding or bulk up for summer, I am here to help! . Evolve aims to empower fitness at all ages and stages of life.
I am accepting clients of all ages including high level athletes. I’ve guided the performance training two sons who have both gone on to receive D1 scholarships. Lets Evolve!

Great experience from beginning to end… the on taking process was thorough and very helpful in allowing me to understand the direction we’d be taking. This was all about priming me into a start that didn’t have me feeling like “what did I get myself into”. There were areas throughout the sessions that Clark was fully attentive to and that is what I wanted. There was rush to get me through, the training was well paced and at the right speed for me to start and feel comfortable with every session moving forward.
I’d highly recommend Evolve Training to anyone looking to change their mindset and fitness lifestyle!!
