Responded quickly, came out next morning as stated and described services in detail. Was fair on price of work needed to correct pool and then to continue weekly service. Spent several hours on the pool and will check up following day as well as end of the week servicing. Appreciate the honesty and hard work done on the pool in such short notice. Wish i had before and after pics of the pool to show the amount of damage done from the recent wind storm we had which clocked 90 plus mph winds throwing all kinds of debris into my pool. Call Griff for your pool services, wont be disappointed!

Update: Historically, Javier has provided excellent service, and we never encountered any issues with pool maintenance during our residency. However, recent tenants posed some challenges, which led to some difficulties in service continuity, they fired Javier and did not let him access my property to service my pool. Despite these issues, Javier assured me that once the tenants moved out, he would be offering a month of free pool cleaning services as a goodwill gesture. It has now been two weeks since the tenants vacated, but unfortunately, I have not been able to get in touch with Javier. I have reached out via messages and phone calls multiple times without any response. And ignoring nor responding to your customers is bad for business and does not leave a good taste. Past: Javier is providing excellent service, he cleans our pool thoroughly, he also shoots me a “I’m on my way” text which gives us enough time to put our dogs away. Which I really like and appreciate. Also he will never do any extra work without talking to us, which we also value. Overall if we could give 10 Stars we would!!
