About
I started planning my own wedding at age 12, but only got my start as a wedding coordinator after my own wedding was unexpectedly rained out. Due to unanticipated thunderstorms in the middle of a drought, we had to find a new ceremony and reception only a few hours before our July wedding. After this experience, I came to realize that not all wedding coordinators are created equal.
I realized after grieving the details I lost on my wedding day I realized something, God had actually given me a blessing, Confetti from the Sky, as it were. I learned two valuable lessons that day:
1. No matter how beautiful a wedding is, nothing matters unless you are marrying the right person and thankfully I got a good one!
2. This was my pay it forward moment, my ability to ensure that other women did not have a similar circumstance.
Since my wedding, I have been able to coordinate over a dozen weddings, each one unique, beautiful and virtually seamless! It is my wish to be able to give you the gift I have given so many other couples, the gift of a seamless picturesque wedding day.
I enjoy wedding coordinating for two reasosns:
First, I love making dreams come true. I started planning my own at a very young age and experienced having those dreams crumble when my wedding did not go as planned due largely to poor decision making on behalf of my wedding coordinator.
Second, I also love details and I am strangely thrilled by schedules, charts and planning.

Jacqueline was very professional and organized. She made sure that I did not miss any details and had everything I needed for the wedding day. We had prior meetings to discuss timelines and preparations and during our planning she described in details what I needed and explained how things are usually done. She suggested ideas which helped me make decisions easier. The day before the wedding and rehearsal, she was great with directing my large party of 20+ smoothly. She communicated clearly with everyone and no one was lost. As stressful wedding planning can be, Jacqueline was able to calm me down and not worry about anything. The day of wedding, the vendors I had were very impressed with her organization and direction. She took extra steps in to decorating my welcome table when I had no one assigned to do that and even picked up my cake! The extra decor that she had from previous weddings gave a nice touch to the wedding and saved us money. All the vendors complimented her quality and responsiveness. Honestly if it wasn't for Jacqueline the wedding would probably be a circus. I loved how aggressive she was with the timing and how she went to me for all decision making. Jacqueline takes her job seriously and she knows what she is doing and does a great job! My wedding wouldn't have flowed so smoothly without her. I am grateful to have had her as my wedding coordinator!

Weddings are a big financial investment and as a result, we originally planned to minimize our budget by getting a friend to do our day-of coordinating. Some last minute changes happened and our friend wasn't able to fulfill that role anymore. Luckily, we were blessed to have Jacqueline as our coordinator. We are so thankful because we put in some much time and effort into planning the wedding, that if we did not have Jacqueline to take care of the day's details when our wedding finally came, we would not have had the opportunity to truly enjoy and be present to the unforgettable day. Throughout the whole planning process she was friendly, helpful, respectful, understanding, prepared, and professional.
She was organized and had spreadsheets prepared for us to fill in the details for our big day. It was all a simple matter of transferring over the information we had already put together, such as the day's agenda, items that she would help us set up before our arrival, and all the important contact information. She was also very supportive and was constantly offering to help with any decorations or errands I may have needed to get done the week of the wedding.
On our wedding day, she had already contacted and coordinated our agenda, with not only our venue, but with our DJ and our MC as well. Our venue's manager even came up to us that day and complemented us on how amazing our coordinator. She was on top of all of the details and was determined to make sure we enjoyed the day. If any of our family or friends brought an issue to our attention, she would immediately notice, and would step in. She insisted we not worry and just have a good time. The day would definitely not have been the same without her.
Thank you so much for all that you did for us Jacqueline. You truly made our wedding a beautiful and unforgettable day that we will cherish for the rest of our lives.

Jacqueline was exceedingly helpful before, during, and after our very huge (400 people), very DIY, public park wedding with plenty of moving parts and things that could go wrong. If they did though, my husband, guests and I were unaware because we had a truly fantastic wonderful day without worry because Jacqueline and her husband were unquestionably attentive. Jacqueline went above and beyond for us, was professional, responsive, and prompt, and superb at directing others and getting things done with grace, efficiency, and kindness. I would highly recommend working with her! We were and are SO thankful to have you a part of our wedding day!!!!

I wouldn’t have trusted anyone else with coordinating my wedding. Jacqueline is a dear friend, and one of the most reliable people I know! She had almost every detail nailed down ahead of time, was so organized and well-scheduled, and did a great job rolling with unexpected things that popped up on the day of the wedding. I usually have a hard time trusting other people with things that mean a lot to me, but Jacqueline handled everything beautifully, and helped me have a very low-stress wedding planning/wedding day experience!

Jacqueline did an amazing job as our wedding coordinator. Since the first day that she agreed to coordinate my wedding, she was very organized and open about what she needed from me as a bride. She did a great job asking questions to find out what we had in mind for our reception and was able to execute exactly what we wanted! I received many comments from family and friends who said that Jacqueline was very professional and that she was the perfect person for the job. We were so thankful that Jacqueline could help make our day beautiful and fun!
