- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There will be an additional $5.00 charge per visit on the following holidays: New Years Eve. New Years Day. Easter Sunday. Memorial Day. Independence Day. Labor Day. Thanksgiving Day. Christmas Eve Day. Christmas Day. Drop In Visits: $20-$26 (depending on distance/# of pets) Boarding: $40 per night Doggy Day Care: $35 for a day $10 Pick up and Drop off rate Services and Rates for the surrounding areas (only for pet sitting drop in visits): Lake Forest, Foothill Ranch, Portola Hills, Laguna Hills, Mission Viejo, Irvine (Spectrum area): Pet Sitting Visits ................................... $20 (for up to 4 pets, or 2 dogs and 2 other pets) Potty Break Visits ..............................…$18 (may only be used together with regular Pet Sitting Visits as a 4th visit if doing 3 visits a day. Late night or midnight visit only). Laguna Niguel, Trabuco Canyon, Rancho Santa Margarita, Aliso Viejo: Pet Sitting Visits .................................$23 (for up to 4 pets, or 2 dogs and 2 other pets*) Potty Break Visits .....................……..$20 (may only be used together with regular Pet Sitting Visits as a 4th visit if doing 3 visits a day. Late night or midnight visit only). *An additional $2 will be charged for every 2 additional pets. Birds, guinea pigs, rabbits, reptiles, etc, alone (i.e. no dogs or cats), will be charged at a rate of $18-20 (depending on distance).

Scheduling a meet and greet is essential to working with a new customer. Signing a contract, meeting the pet(s), and getting a general idea of the layout of things.
