- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I engage the client through an initial phone conversation to analyze thier needs and budget. I then charge a consultation fee to come out and assess and view the property. Consults range in cost (according partially to distance) from 60.00 to 100.00. One satisfied with meeting, a contract is drawn up. I then take on the project. As most design firms do, I collect a retainer fee which ranges according to size and needs of project. Retainers can range from 300.00 to 750.00 normally. I keep close track of hours, mileage if extensive, and then keep an accurate accounting of hours throughout the design and merchandise orders.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my degree in Interior design and have done much creative residential and commercial work. My amount of experience is valuable and professional.
