We cannot say enough wonderful things about Jess and her incredible team! From the very beginning of our wedding planning journey, Jess was an absolute lifesaver. She stayed on top of every single detail, ensuring that everything aligned perfectly with our vision, stayed within budget, and reflected what truly mattered to us. One of Jess's greatest strengths is her honesty—she guided us through decisions, helping us understand what was worth prioritizing and what wasn’t. Where to begin! If you're looking for a Wedding Coordinator/Planner, look no further than Jess Marie Events!!
I needed a Wedding Coordinator for our wedding at the Bel Air Bay Club in LA. After one call with Jess, I knew we should hire her. Jess's attention to detail was beyond - she was so organized with spreadsheets, covered every detail, asked the right questions, and was always over-prepared during our meetings. She was also incredibly kind and had the best energy. You really felt like Jess was in your corner and on your team from the start. My husband and I would say to each other after every meeting - so happy we have Jess!
On the big day, Jess ran the show/timeline and did so confidently and flawlessly. Everything ran smoothly and we never had to worry about one thing because we knew Jess was in charge. Looking back, we remember how beautiful, fun, and effortless our wedding was, and did not have one negative feedback/note about our big day. It was absolutely PERFECT and we cannot thank Jess and her associate Ashley enough!
Leading up to the wedding, Jess would text us thoughtful messages and reminders - she was so much more than a Wedding Coordinator. Jess looked out for our best interests as a professional and friend and it really made a difference. Our families came up to us after the wedding and all echoed the same sentiments - Jess was amazing, fabulous, excellent, we couldn't have done it without her, so glad we had her run the show!

Jessica and her team are amazing! We had used her for both my sister's wedding and my wedding. These were both 200+ people weddings and her team made it flawless! We didn't have to worry about anything day of and as the bride I got to fully enjoy the day. When I showed up to my reception from my church venue, everything was already taken care of and she had our drinks waiting for us. I did not have to worry about a thing, her team got it done before I even had to ask. Also the pre-wedding meetings were always so productive and helpful. I cannot recommend Jessica and her team enough!

Jess is an exceptional professional. We decided last minute to add a day of coordinator to our wedding, and knew from the first call she was the one. She’s super organized, punctual, communicative and very easy to get along with. Jess made our wedding day flow smooth and everything came out perfectly.

I discovered Jess through Instagram and am so grateful I did! Jess helped us coordinate our LA wedding from 3,000 miles away (we live in NYC) and was there in the months leading up to answer all our questions and keep us on track. She and her team did a great job setting up and managing the actual day, even as our venue and vendors threw curveballs at them. She also was the one who recommended our bus transportation company and DJ, who were both amazing!
