Richard was so fast to respond and accommodating to an emergency that I had. He installed a new dishwasher for me and did so very meticulously. He is a great communicator and very personable. His professionalism is top-notch and I would recommend him to anybody!

Richard's crew was friendly and responsive to our issues. I asked him to move a copper water pipe in our garage so we could install a garage door and then to change the anode rod of our water heater. They had to drain and move the water heater in order to get to the anode but they did it. While they were doing that, the pilot gas tube broke. The water heater is old but I found a suitable replacement for the pilot tube on Amazon. Even though it took a few days, Richard came back and happily replaced the pilot tube when the part arrived. I recommend Richard's Plumbing and Rooter and will seek him for more work around our house.

Richard provided solid communications throughout the process. Did the job efficiently and competently. Cleaned up after doing the install (not always a strong point for other companies) and did all at a fair price based on the estimates we had obtained. We will likely consider him for future plumbing-related work.

I had a leak with a sharkbite valve that I installed by myself. Didn't quite have the 1" of copper to reinstall it, and the copper was slightly bent out of shape. I was going to solder it, but couldn't get the coupler on. I was at the limit of my DIY skills and needed a pro. Richard came the same day, installed the valve with a propress, this is what the pros use nowadays. No soldering! Richard was really professional, knows the trade, was super efficient, and installed in about an hour. He had an assistant and they both were super nice. I hired him for an additional job, install of a faucet, and he did it way faster than I could have as a DIYer. He did a great job and I would hire him and Brandon again!
