Richard is a great plumber! From the initial request, he was very responsive and showed up the same day. He cleaned up a previous terribly installed smart toilet for us. He spent several hours meticulously removing and installing our new toilet, working closely with our building to ensure proper water shutoff. I had a leak with a sharkbite valve that I installed by myself. Didn't quite have the 1" of copper to reinstall it, and the copper was slightly bent out of shape. I was going to solder it, but couldn't get the coupler on. I was at the limit of my DIY skills and needed a pro. Richard came the same day, installed the valve with a propress, this is what the pros use nowadays. No soldering! Richard was really professional, knows the trade, was super efficient, and installed in about an hour. He had an assistant and they both were super nice. I hired him for an additional job, install of a faucet, and he did it way faster than I could have as a DIYer. He did a great job and I would hire him and Brandon again!

Richard and team were great to work with. He was incredibly fast to respond, super easy to schedule with, punctual and had excellent follow up. He installed a new reverse osmosis system that had some challenges with the pressure in the tank and came out multiple times to make sure everything was working as it should (without charging me for the multiple visits). So glad to have found him here and will definitely be in touch for any future plumbing work. Thanks Richard!!
