Carlos came by as requested and he was in constant contact with Richard with diagnosing the problem.
We had to wait a day for the parts but Richard was on it. He always kept me up to speed on the status.
Job was completed and everything is all good.
I now have my new go to plumber.
Thank you, Richard’s plumbing…

From the first inspection, they were straightforward and took the time to show me exactly what was going on with our plumbing. Using a sewer camera and video, they pointed out the damaged sections and clogs so I could actually see the problem instead of just taking their word for it.
What stood out to me was that they weren’t trying to upsell me. Richard worked with me to figure out the best solution that fit my budget, and they even had no-interest financing available, which made the decision a lot easier.
On the day of the job, they showed up when they said they would, got right to work, and finished everything on time. Our drain is working perfectly now, and we’re really happy with the results.
A big thank you to Richard, Carlos, and the whole crew for doing quality work and making the entire process easy. It’s not often you find a company that’s this honest and dependable, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Richard’s Plumbing & Rooter to my friends and family.
