Richard’s Plumbing came out as a second opinion and immediately stood out because he didn’t recommend work that wasn’t necessary. He clearly explained what needed attention now versus what could wait, which built a lot of trust. My home is from the 1960s with original cast iron plumbing, so the project ended up being fairly extensive, including rerouting lines, adding cleanouts, and upgrading older drain sections. Richard and his team worked efficiently and professionally throughout the process and kept me informed along the way. They focus on doing the work correctly rather than just doing the cheapest fix, and when something was outside my budget he offered practical options to keep everything operating properly. I would recommend Richard’s Plumbing & Rooter for both small and larger jobs.
