Richard came out quickly and responded with a real sense of urgency, which I truly appreciated. I don’t usually write reviews, but Richard and his team really earned this one. From the first inspection, they were straightforward and took the time to show me exactly what was going on with our plumbing. Using a sewer camera and video, they pointed out the damaged sections and clogs so I could actually see the problem instead of just taking their word for it. What stood out to me was that they weren’t trying to upsell me. Richard worked with me to figure out the best solution that fit my budget, and they even had no-interest financing available, which made the decision a lot easier. On the day of the job, they showed up when they said they would, got right to work, and finished everything on time. Our drain is working perfectly now, and we’re really happy with the results. A big thank you to Richard, Carlos, and the whole crew for doing quality work and making the entire process easy. Great communication and super professional. Had our HPR valve replaced and they were efficient, were very knowledgeable and did outstanding work at a reasonable rate. Will definitely have them back for our future plumbing issues. Highly recommended.

I originally reached out to Richard of Richard's Plumbing and Rooter to repair a leak where an old galvanized pipe connected to plastic pipe at an external hose bib, which he did beautifully. He carefully inspected all the plumbing in the crawl space and identified more issues with a cracked and leaking kitchen line and serious root instrusions and pipe cracking in the 100 year old main sewer line. His quote was fair and he and his hard working team were able to install a new liner in the main line, dig up and replace the kitchen line and install a new 2 way clean out. Everything was fixed within 48 hours to a very high standard. I would definately hire them again.
