- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We are excited to create a menu to fit your needs and budget. We start with a phone call with our team to find out what your specific needs and requirements are. Then we submit a menu proposal and once agreed upon send out the catering contract.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our Chef has over 20 years in the catering business and is a licensed food handler, trained as a Hibachi chef, and sushi chef, and learned from many popular restaurants that will bring an amazing flair to any meal. Our lead Bartender trained at ABC Bartending School in Altadena.
