From the day I decided to hire Chef James and his team to the day I got married, Onedia's Cuisine took control and provided the absolute best service and the tastiest food ever! They are so amazing to work with I recommend them for any event from intimate to 1,000 people! I had 200 guests at my wedding and every single person fell in love with not only the food but with Chef James and his wife Kim! They stayed all night and even fried up some snacks towards the end and danced around with a tray in his hand passing out food to or guests on the dance floor that was definitely one of the highlights of our wedding! The setup and layout he provided was also beautiful and extremely efficient. My day couldn't have gone any better. Onedia's Cuisine will be my go to caterer for every event in not only my future but a lot of my family's who attended our event! Thank you Chef James and all of you who helped cook and serve at my wedding. I love you all!

I cannot recommend this catering service highly enough. I hired Chef James to cater my casual outdoor engagement party in West LA. From our first contact until the day of my event, Chef James was extremely polite and communicative. He listened to exactly what I wanted, which was a buffet taco bar, and delivered to exceed my expectations. The meat was all very fresh, perfectly cooked and seasoned. He also set up a quesadilla station, and had a delicious fruit platter that was fresh and perfectly ripe. He included 2 servers and a busser in addition to his own service, so clean up after the event was very easy. I can talk about how kind and calm and in control of the situation he was, but most importantly the FOOD. He had steak, chicken, ammmazing rice and beans(like wow perfect and homemade) and all the fixins. People were coming up to me raving about the dinner, and going back for seconds. I am already eyeing him to come back for a work luncheon I am hosting in July. If you want your event to go off perfectly, hire Chef James. A true pro.

Working with Chef James Buckingham was a blast. He was extremely communicative and flexible with his menu options. My husband and I wanted backyard barbecue for our wedding reception and Oneida’s Cuisine did a wonderful job. Being from North Carolina, I am a little picky about my BBQ but I couldn’t believe how tender and flavorful the ribs and chicken were. Oneida’s clearly put a lot of time and patience into cooking their proteins. Chef James also cooked up some perfect cornbread, potato salad, and macaroni and cheese. The sides could’ve carried the meal on their own! There was also fresh fruit and a delicious hearty salad made for our vegan guests. Our friends and family members were raving about the meal all night. Thank you Chef James!

Let me tell all of you something I am afraid of snakes But at Katherine wedding she had live animals so I pit a yellow python around my neck.
