FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $75 an hour and I have a 2 hour minimum. To some people that sounds like a Lot but It really isn't. Most repairs or simple assemblies Can all be done within the 2 hour minimum. So by the time I leave what I accomplish is well worth it and cheaper than anyone else. It also makes it so you don't have to worry about not knowing how much it's gonna cost.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
