Super services can improve by doing a more thorough job by cleaning under everything instead of around everything. After the cleaning lady left, I noticed that she did not move the trash can in the kitchen to clean underneath it, the fruit basket also was not moved, and you could tell that the kitchen counters were quickly wiped without properly scrubbing as it still had dried liquid stuck. Not only that, the mirrors in the bathroom were not properly wiped. In the end, I ended up having to clean a lot of what she missed... never again.

I’m sorry that you are not happy with your home. I did my best cleaning all around your kitchen. I should know you were going to complain since I saw you had the stove all out in the middle of the kitchen. I recommend that you specify the needed areas as whoever you hire will concentrate on your two big dogs hairs all over the house. I also would recommend you find someone you like to come in and clean more often not when arguments arise. I wished I could help you more as I noticed that you need a lot more help specially with your laundry and you are behind. Like I said I even moved the dog cages, sofas and did your daughters rooms which was not included at first. If you wait longer cleaners or maid will not lower the price. Is always better to have help every two weeks than every 6 months.

My family will be using her again. My husband and I love the work we received my house looks amazing not only did she clean really good she was on time very professional and made sure she stayed to get the service done and not rush. Btw it was only her in my big house. I highly recommend Her. It’s not easy hiring someone who gets it right the very 1st with no complaints. Thank you may God bless you. Please come back soon.
