Hi! I hope all is well. I am eager to provide services for your tutoring needs. Below is a summary of my qualifications: I have a master's degree and I am also a substitute teacher with a teaching credential. Learning and teaching are my true passions. My previous employment includes over 10 years of experience as a special education paraeducator/one-on-one to students with physical, behavioral, or learning disabilities. From my education and experiences, I recognize that each student has a unique learning style (auditory, verbal, and/or hands-on) and therefore I integrate the teaching modality that supports his or her individual learning needs. More importantly, patience, friendliness, and approachability are at the core of my teaching as I keep students engaged in the lesson. As a tutor, I take pride in improving grades and fostering a better understanding of the subject matter.
