FAQs
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Of course. I have a healthy case of OCD that drives me to constantly read and research as much as possible. I'll always have answers, and if I don't I'll find them very quickly.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I don't know that I can say I have "common" jobs. Most female clients come to me wanting to lose weight, tone up, and get a little stronger. Most guys come to me wanting to pack on muscle and lose their beer gut. Some of them are on blood pressure medication, some of them want to avoid blood pressure medication. Some of them have injuries, or just had surgery. Some of them have postural issues, some of them have no idea how many calories to eat each day. But no one comes to me in the same starting place. Every one has different things they need to work on—different strengths and different weaknesses. This is another element of my job I enjoy because every client is like a new project.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
A few recent client accomplishments: A client lost 100 pounds in 12 months, A client lost just over 50 pounds in 4 months, Two of my clients won our gym's weight loss contest. 1st and 2nd place! This is just an example of the kind of magic that happens when a good trainer meets a determined client.
