About
Training exotic animals like hyenas, birds, monkeys, sea lions and dolphins in San Diego, CA (where she works for the Navy Marine Mammal Program) is easy compared to working with time-limited, caffeinated human pet owners and their untrained, skittish, exercise-starved dogs or new puppies. Creating a great master/dog relationship is the key to all the joys of having a dog and Doggy D Tails is loaded with the tricks, tips, ideas, and skills to help you have the best relationship with your dog. Jenn can even teach your bird how to get along with your dog! How about a lizard and a ferret?
Witnessing the successful relationship built between the animal and it's owner. It makes people happy to have the cohesive relationship with their pet. I work with a lot of rescue animals that only needed TLC and a little time from a human to create a "perfect pet" scenario. It's very rewarding.

Talking about a miracle worker! That's Jenn Cull with Doggy D Tails. My dog was literally deaf and blind. And Jenn performed a miracle task. She trained my deaf and blind dog. When Antler was a puppy, we had no idea of what was coming. She played and seemed very normal, by 6 mos. old she stopped chasing the ball and really didn't respond to my husband and I anymore. We called Jenn in. After close evaluation she recommended we take Antler to the vet. That's where she was diagnosed with a rare disorder, probably genetic. Jenn, asked if she could still work with Antler and we allowed her to. Without much hope, we didn't see what we could loose. Today, if you didn't know it, you cannot tell that Antler is deaf and partially blind. Jenn has taught Antler how to use her sense of smell and vibrations on the floor to respond to our commands. Antler even goes to the doggy park and has turned out to be our most beloved best friend in the whole world, all thanks to Jenn Cull of Doggy D Tails in San Diego.
