I had a fence and gate installation that had problems. One gate was partially built and non-functional and another gate needed to be designed, built and installed. There was also a small section of fencing that needed to be built and installed. Ernie resolved all of these problems. His knowledge and skill gave me the results that I was looking for. I am very happy with the results.

Ernie was quick to respond with an estimate. We are a small HOA and therefore it took a meeting of the Members to review proposals and vote for a decision. Ernie was very patient through that effort and held his pricing. In addition, he has liability insurance.

Ernie was very prompt to the job and did a great job installing a new fan and light in the bathroom. There was wall damage to repair and when the job was completed it looked like new. Tenants apartment was also left very clean which is not a usual occurrence after workers leave the job site. Thanks for a job well done.

That I'm very dependable and very fair with my quotes. I may not be the lowest quote. But I'm the best I can be at all times. I do as I say I will do. I also carry a general liability insurance policy of $300,000.00 .
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I believe communication is very important from the start. I will go out and walk the project and ask as many questions as necessary to make sure we are on the same page. Make a plan to get the project done in a timely manner with the clients expectations met 100%
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I spent many years teaching at two local unions. Painters local#333, Carpenters union#1506. ( Metal stud framing/ drywall/ finishing drywall / texture)
