We just bought an old house built back in the last 1940’s and it needed an entire new plumbing system i.e. trench work, water heater, blocked pipes from overgrown tree roots. Juan arrived on time and gave us a review of the issue which we believed to be a problem with the toilet. It turned out that there was a leak in the shower area that was actually causing the problem and we are now coordinating to have this project done in conjunction with replacement of some tiling. Juan was very professional in his explanation allowing us to understand what the problem was and how we needed to proceed. Definitely will be working with JEM Plumbing and Drain Cleaning again!
