she just CANCELED the night before the event!!! we agreed on a price, style and a set up time. she took so long to send an invoice and when I had questions about the quote she just canceled and said she's not intending to come cause we didn't schedule enough in advanced when we have already agreed all the details! way to do business.

Ma’am respectfully, you should have prepared for your event 2-3 weeks prior to the date. You reached out to me two days prior and I tried to do you a favor and you took to long to respond. I did not receive any deposit to rush and get the supplies needed to get your job done and the invoice was not finalized. I am only human and can’t perform miracles for each client. Please in the future be more prepared for your events and schedule ahead of time not the day before. Have a blessed day, Michelle MaryAnn
