We had an excellent experience working with them for upgrading & modernizing our HVAC setup.From the very beginning, scheduling the initial estimate was easy and fast. Their onsite visit was efficient and non-disruptive to my workday, which I really appreciated. We invited multiple HVAC installers to bid, and EM Energy was by far the most thorough. They spent the time to go into the attic, take detailed notes, and identify issues that the other installers completely missed, including insulation problems and disconnected vents.Once the project started, they moved very quickly. Even when we ran into unexpected issues, like discovering that some of our ducts were far too old and needed replacement, they responded immediately and provided very fair estimates for the additional work. There were no long delays or drawn-out back-and-forth; they were responsive and decisive, which made the whole process much less stressful.In just a couple of days, they installed new insulation, reconnected vents, replaced old ducts with new ones, and swapped out our 30+ year old condenser with a modern unit that is much quieter and cools the house much faster.Overall, EM Energy was fast, thorough, fair in pricing, and very easy to work with.
