Max came and explained all the details and able to give immediate date with the best quote possible. He came to inspect after the work and suggested about a wood piece that was broken which i took care of it later. If you have old attica infected with rodents, 911 attic is the way to go.

Esmael and Sergio arrived on time and went above and beyond they were very thorough and just great! I didn't realize we had that many points of entry in our attic. They patched up everything. They also showed before-and-after pictures of my attic, pre-insulation removal & post cleaning, Bleach disinfection, and new R38 batt insulation, to ensure that all steps were adhered to correctly. Sergio even fixed an uneven edge on my garage door that needed weatherstripping. At 100% fantastic work! We're very happy and thankful. |

Max and his team did a great job in our attic. And the fact that there is a 3 year warranty puts our mind at ease! Max was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything from start to finish very well, including lots of pictures and videos along the way. We would recommend them to anyone looking for work in their attic!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At 911 insulation we will always look at the client's budget and need and give the maximum value in a minimum cost from the first meeting.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We at 911 Insulation offer free inspection. The inspection will take between 10-20 minutes. After the inspection, we will send you a quote that will match your needs and budget. We don't take any deposit. After receiving the quote, you can approve it and set a day with us to start the job. Usually, most jobs take one day labor. We will start around 8-9 am and finish in the afternoon.
