Maynor came on time, took a look at the scope of work, gave me a fair price, and a day he would start. He also looked around my condo and pointed out other things that he could do for me, and gave me estimates on each. He offered to estimate each job at a fixed price, or a day rate. Both of which were extremely reasonably priced. I ended up hiring him to renovate the kitchen, and numerous other things that needed to get done. It was well priced, and high quality workmanship. No compromises on quality whatsoever. He asks intelligent questions about what I’d like to get done, and offers advice on alternatives which I wouldn’t have thought of. He’s a honest man, a hard worker, always punctual, and a great person to have on your side in any project. I highly recommend Maynor for almost any project you are considering undertaking in your home. His name is in my phone book, and I’ve already referred him to a couple of friends who’ve had great experiences working with him."See more

He showed up on time, let us know he had worked as an installer for California Closets, and quoted a fair price. It was a pretty involved job, and others didn’t want to touch it, or wanted way too much. He listened to what we wanted and executed our sketches design well (matched finishes and style of the cabinets) having brought all of the proper tools and materials to site with no need to run out for this or that. He communicated well at each stage in the project, and was conscientious about noise and cleaning up the mess. We would highly recommend him for any project you may be considering."See more

Osbaldo removed existing tile from our concrete floor, installed 1200 ft. of new tile, installed baseboards and crown molding in the entire house. He did a great job, was on time, professional and worked with us on the tile install so we could still live in the house as the entire floor was being installed. Very happy with the work, I would hire him again.
