Chris did an amazing job with our new home inspection. We recently bought a newly constructed single family home and had Chris come out to do an inspection after we closed. He was very thorough with his inspection and helped me find some issues with the electrical panels and outlets that I had the builder fix the next day. He was very knowledgeable with the systems inside the home and was able to offer some insight due to his background in engineering. He delivered a comprehensive report the same day of inspection. He conducted a thorough review of our home, inspecting the inside and outside of the house. He was pleasant and friendly before and during the inspection, and after he was finished, he gave us a very thorough oral report on what he found. Later the same day we received his detailed written report, which will serve as an important tool as we start correcting the problems he discovered.
