- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We base our pricing on the size of the home and type of cleaning. When we change the bedding, we will load and start the washing machine for you. We offer discounts for recurring clients based on the type of cleaning and size of the home.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will call you once we receive your inquiry through Thumbtack. On the phone we will discuss the cleaning and your schedule. As long as everything sounds good, we will arrive at your house, review what we discussed and start cleaning your home.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have many years of experience and have learned our cleaning techniques from experience.
