- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am constantly reading food venues and watching food related shows trying to keep up on trends and gathering new ideas to incorporate in my culinary expertise
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was always drawn to the kitchen from an early age...it was something that I enjoyed and had a certain talent for...even when I wasn't involved in food preparation,I always seemed to float back to it in some form or fashion
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Have some idea of what it is you desire...how much you want to spend...and how many people you want to entertain also be open to suggestions and change...sometimes your expectations aren't realistic!!
