Christian and his team did dry rot repair for our roof. During the repair they noticed additional dry rot under the tile and promptly cut out the rotted area. The issue was fixed. They did a nice job. Christian and his team was very polite and considerate. They cleaned up thoroughly after the job was done.

I am glad to go with Mel to get my roof fixed. He is a nice person, he offered me reasonable rate and what separates him from others that he explained me what the issue with my roof is and showed me where the damages are. He was frank in letting me know to sustain it for long term I need to get the roof replaced but he could replace few shingles for me at resonance price as I could not afford to replace it.

Mel responded quickly to my request for a quote. His was not the cheapest quote I received, but it went above and beyond the other bids. I chose Mel’s bid out of 5 bids because he offered the best plan to insulate my enclosed patio’s roof. He sent me pictures of the progress at different stages. It took two days to complete and I couldn’t be happier. I would definitely hire him again and am letting my friends and family know that he’s the guy for any roof issues!
