- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My fees are 125.00 an hour. I offer a sliding scale when appropriate I have a 24 hour cancellation policy. I teach weekend intensives and 8 week courses based on Dr. Brené Brown's Daring Way curriculum. I offer the same course work to individuals for 150.00 per two hour session.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we begin by discussing confidentiality, boundaries and expectations. I will do an intake and begin to develop a treatment plan. My goal is to make the client feel comfortable and establish a trusting relationship.
