If there was a 10 star evaluation I would definitely give that
I had 3 major jobs in my house that required cutting through stucco, electrical wirings, doors and windows to install, ceiling fans, new smoke alarms and some plumbing !!!
Since city requirements have changed and house has to be conforming with the code
Stephen gave an estimate for the jobs and it was unbelievably reasonable
All jobs were done way faster than I thought they would take...
Super clean work...
Finally the inspection from the city came today everything was resolved in a timely manner
I am even going for so many other jobs and projects after I saw the high quality work...
If you need someone Honest and Professional, Stephen is your guy

Communication was A+ with Stephen. He did a great job replacing the rotten wood on our front porch. We were very unhappy with the paint job. There were quite a lot of missed areas, paint spray all over etc. We were looking for a long term handyman and hoped Stephen could be that person as he was very good at communicating his capabilities. Unfortunately the quality of the painting gave us quite a lot of headaches.

Steve was nice. He did a good job replacing some outlets around the house. However, I paid him in full when he had one last site visit out the house to finish up some electrical work. After I heard Steve had an injury, I didn't hear back for several weeks until I found out that he wasn't cleared to drive. After a few months for recovery, I contacted him a number of times to see if he can come finish up the other electrical remaining items, but I never heard back. Now we need to hire someone else to finish the other issues.
