If there was a 10 star evaluation I would definitely give that I had 3 major jobs in my house that required cutting through stucco, electrical wirings, doors and windows to install, ceiling fans, new smoke alarms and some plumbing !!! Since city requirements have changed and house has to be conforming with the code Stephen gave an estimate for the jobs and it was unbelievably reasonable All jobs were done way faster than I thought they would take... Super clean work... Finally the inspection from the city came today everything was resolved in a timely manner I am even going for so many other jobs and projects after I saw the high quality work... If you need someone Honest and Professional, Stephen is your guy
