- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Speak with customer about what they want done exactly, estimate the cost and negotiate if needed. I am transparent, I do not over charge. I know what it’s like seeking fair services and have been ripped off before. So keeping it honest and an open dialogue is key.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 800 hours of apprenticeship on the job training.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I genuinely enjoy the hard work, it’s a self satisfying occupation. Seeing the customer happy with the outcome honestly brings me joy that I was able to get it done for them.
