I understand how daunting some foods can sound,and the" oh my goodness I couldn't possibly do that!" I break it down to simple steps and simple terms so that anyone can understand and create that beautiful dish and most important,to help the client know they can. I have worked with beginners,advanced,teenagers and mentally challenged. I speak American sign language and understand that really patience and the willingness to learn is all anyone needs. Besides the opportunity to play in food and get paid for it. I love the astonished look on people's faces when they taste my creations for the first time. I also never cease to tire of the magic of taking raw ingredients and transforming them into something absolutely beautiful

Having Daun prepare a Paella for a birthday dinner was the best decision we had for that special gathering. Not only she was on time for that evening with everything ready to cook, but also she went the extra mile by helping us and providing her platting expertise with some of the appetizers that we got for our guest prior to have them enjoy dinner. Since the beginning, she wanted to make sure if there were any known food allergies, so she can provide additional options for that. She was willing to listen our detailed request as we were very familiar with the authentic "Paella Valenciana". She also suggested to take care of the kids menu, which at the end worked out perfectly because we were able to enjoy chatting instead of cooking something quick -and also doing the shopping- for this. She was on top of everything and every time I texted, called or messaged her using the App, she got back to me. All the ingredients she used for our preparation were high quality, and fresh according to the season and location. The dinner was a success and all guests loved how great it was, including us, as the hostesses! Thank you Daun for the amazing Paella you made! We definitely recommend her as a Caterer Provider!!

Daun is great to work with. She works well with teens and you can tell she really loves what she does. She’s gonna be working with us for a long time to come, helping teach my son how to cook.
