My goal is to share knowledge of my extensive playing and teaching career of more thar 20 years. I have a B.A. in Music and Masters in Music Education. I currently teach percussion classes and give drum lessons at one of the top private schools in Connecticut.
I teach all styles: rock, jazz, blues, latin, hiphop and r&b. I have played and studied with some of the greatest musicians in the world.
One of my strong suits is patience. I have worked with adults and kids that have various challenges. I definitely can think of ways to do things outside the box.
Also, I will make you personalized videos to help you learn quicker.

David is a great drum teacher. I had some drumming experience from my youth and decided to get back into it again. David has been great at helping me pick back up from where I left off.
Besides having vast experience and knowledge of drumming, David is kind, sincere, and easy to learn with. So far with every lesson i had, David has given me 200%. I definitely improved a lot in a short time working with him.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I generally charge $75 an hour and $60 for a
1/2 hour. There are discounts if someone pays for a month of lessons in advance.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to find out what level a student is at and see what they are interested in. I then plan our lessons around that.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have B.A. in Music and Masters in Music Education. I have studied with many legends in drumming like Bernard Purdie, Dom Famularo, Charli Persip, Mario Monaco, Gregg Bissonette, Kenwood Dennard and many others.
