- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not provide itemized price points. Majority of the time our vendors and suppliers give us better deals when we order or purchase multiple things at once, so our price points are based on experiences.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We recommend every new customer to have a free consultation with our lead designer so that we can create something magical together. We will then provide you with a proposal, which includes a mood board for artistic inspiration, a price quote, and agreement of services. Once the proposal is accepted, a non-refundable deposit will be required to purchase supplies, book vendors, get custom creations made, etc. The final payment will be required at arrival, before our team begins our production.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has over 12 years of experience in the even industry collectively. We've take many workshops and been featured at WIPA events.
