In the area of Leadership Coaching, we offer a powerful program called CAP. CAPÂ draws on a deep understanding of shared knowledge, the effectiveness of individual and team capability needs, coaching feedback and coaching support. Employees often find it valuable to form partnerships within the company so that their mutual goals can be achieved more effectively. The ability to influence and motivate others to reach their high potential is encouraged and developed. - What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Best way to find out if a coach is right for you is to talk with the person and ask about their experience with coaching. Also, it's important to remember that a coach is there to help you gain insight and empower you. They help you bring out what's most important to you and with that support you in achieving your best. Here's some questions you can ask a coach as you're looking for the right fit: o How would you describe your background and training? o How did you get into coaching? o For how many years have you been a coach (as your primary profession)? o What is your coaching philosophy? o Describe the results one of your clients has achieved through coaching. o WhatÂs unique about you as a coach?
