- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to have a quick chat on the phone, then meet in person to see if it's a good fit and discuss training or services needed in more depth. From there we decide what training options suit you, your dog and your lifestyle.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Mentorship under 4 industry-leading trainers. I've learned from both pet and sport dog trainers different techniques and protocols to apply with different cases. I've also years of practical hands on experience handling and caring for dogs of different breeds, ages and temperaments through my volunteer and foster work history.
