We offer transparent, flat-rate pricing for most services. Each visit includes up to 60 minutes of expert support, with additional time billed at our standard hourly rate. No surprise fees, no upselling—just dependable help when you need it.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by listening. After a quick intake call or online booking, we assess your needs, answer any questions, and schedule a time that works for you. During the visit, we explain what we’re doing step-by-step so you feel confident and in control. Follow-up support is always available.
