My husband and I hired Jay to relocate our back door, install a new front door, replace windows, completely renovate the stucco exterior, and replace/repair/ paint all exterior trim of house.
Jay took us through the step by step process of the job, what to expect in the results, who to expect, when to expect them, and kept us on in the loop on every step.
The quality, timeliness, and cleanliness of the project was top notch. The new doors and windows are lovely and properly installed. Stucco rehab/refinish is messy, noisy work. The crew did the best they could to maintain the mess during the process and clean up when they were done. The transformation in the appearance of our house is fantastic.
The windows and doors were also noisy/messy work, but they were cleaning as fast as they were making the mess. They never left for the day without cleaning up the work site.
I can and do refer friends to Jay when they are serious about hiring a contractor.

Jay does excellent work. On time and in budget. He completely remodeled our community clubhouse. Two large meeting rooms; kitchen; 2 baths; floors; windows; fireplaces. Great job.

I was looking for a contractor to install new doors, windows, repair stucco, and paint/color coat the exterior of my house.
Jay came to my house twice to get an understanding of the job. He asked detailed questions, explained the options, and offered a reasonable bid. We made sure we were on the same page for the project process.
Other contractors said, " OK, new doors, new windows, stucco refinish, here's the price". Jay said, "What type of doors would you want, what color threshold and hinges, which way do you want the windows to open?"
He sent a written scope of the work, an equitable price, and provided a start date.
When the work is complete, I will provide another review.
