Our pricing is transparent and based on the actual scope of work, materials, and long-term performance of the system. We are not the cheapest option, but we focus on delivering the best value — quality installation, certified materials, and one of the strongest warranty packages in the industry. No hidden fees. In many cases, we also help clients avoid unnecessary full replacements by offering restoration options that can significantly reduce overall cost.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with an on-site inspection and provide a detailed assessment with photos and videos. Then we walk you through all available options — from repairs to full replacement or restoration — explaining pros, cons, and long-term expectations. Our proposals are clear and itemized. Once approved, we schedule the project, keep you informed throughout the process, and perform a final walkthrough and city inspection to ensure everything meets highest standards and your expectations.

We have an engineering background combined with hands-on field experience. Our team is trained in modern roofing systems and installation standards, and we hold certifications from leading manufacturers (such as GAF, Certinteed and ASC). We continuously stay up to date with industry best practices to ensure proper installation and long-term performance.
