- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every project is priced individually based on its size, condition, and level of preparation required. My estimates are clear and transparent with no hidden fees. I occasionally offer discounts for larger projects or when multiple services are completed at the same time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I discuss the project and answer any questions. Then I provide a detailed estimate, a written agreement, and a workmanship warranty, so everything is clear before we begin. I also help choose the right products and colors if needed. Once everything is approved, I carefully protect the work area, complete all necessary preparation, perform the painting or refinishing, clean up thoroughly, and finish with a final walkthrough to make sure you’re completely satisfied.

My training comes from years of hands-on experience, continuous learning, and working with professional painting systems and premium coatings. I stay up to date with the latest products, spray equipment, and refinishing techniques to consistently deliver durable, high-quality results.
